A structured assessment for people who need clear information about their functioning, practical recommendations and a written psychological opinion in English.
What the assessment includes
The process combines a detailed clinical interview, evaluation of current and childhood functioning, MOXO and selected psychological or neuropsychological measures. Tools are selected to the individual question rather than used as a fixed checklist.
The final meeting covers the results, possible next steps and a written psychological opinion. This opinion can support a psychiatrist in making the final medical diagnosis.

Yes. The interviews, explanations and written psychological opinion can be provided in English.
Can the process be accelerated?
If your time in Poland is limited, ask about two extended appointments. Suitability and the exact scope must be confirmed before booking.
Is the psychological opinion a medical diagnosis?
No. The psychological opinion provides important information for a psychiatrist, who is responsible for the final medical diagnosis.
What should I bring?
Bring relevant medical or psychological records if available, a medication and supplement list, and any information about childhood functioning.
